Hello Everyone,

My daily routine has helped me a lot to keep me healthy, active and to boost my immunity. Healthy Diet and healthy Routine is the key to live healthy lifestyle. Rapid weight loss is definitely not good for health. Healthy diet routine helps to maintain your weight for longer period of time.


Get up6.50-7am
Early Morning water/ lemon waterlukewarm water + Lemon juice7.15am
soaked and peeled almonds7.20am
1hr exercise/ yogaYoga+ walk7.30-8.30am
Brkfastmuseli n milk /upma/ poha/ idli /dosa/roti bhaji/ omlet and roti, and tea9-9.15am
fruit mor 11.30any11.30am
lunch 1/ 1.30 pm1 roti, 1 cup bhaji, rice 1/2 bowl1:00 PM
after lunch walk20 min
snack eve 5.30/ 6 PMbhel/sprouts bhel/cheese 2/salad/mix nuts/
home made chiwda or dry fruits ladoo/ khakra/
5.30pm
Repeat snack with Kokam water/ chaas7.30pm
dinner 91 roti/bhakri, 1 cup bhaji, rice 1/2 bowl, daal9.30pm
10-10.20 pm walkswalk
before going bed milkmilk + sabja10.45-11pm
ghee in tablespoon anytime during the dayQuantity of roti changes from person to person and roti's size too :P
one leafy vegetable in a day.
if not possible then coriander leaves will do,
4 litters water. You can have chicken or fish once in a week
